Roger and Donna dreamed for many years about owning a coffee shop where they could work together to serve their community.
Before opening Last Call
they worked in food service for 23 years as owners of Shenk's Poultry at the Lancaster Central Market. They are passionate about serving others whether it is in business or in their personal lives where they often open their home to friends and family for cookouts, family reunions and celebrating special events.
After 25 years of being a stay-at-home mom
and homeschooling their four children, the unique opportunity to open Last Call became available. Donna opened the shop in November of 2021 while coming out of Covid with limited trains running. It was an answer to prayer while at the same time, a big step of faith!
In October of 2023 Roger sold the market business
and joined Donna full time. Together, they love creating a welcoming atmosphere and bringing you into their "kitchen" each day, offering a kind word of encouragement or sharing a laugh. They see each person as made in the image of God and are always ready to celebrate their customers. They love meeting new people and work hard to learn their "regulars" by name.
You'll find more than just something good to eat and drink at Last Call. You’ll find us to be a place where warm friendships are formed and joy is shared.
